Everyone has been commenting on social media pages for weeks/months and I figured I’d post the news here that I got directly from Irmo’s Town Administrator. Many of you were correct, some not so much (although I laughed myself at the obvious sarcastic replies of Car Wash or Storage Facilitiy)!
Next to Arby’s will be a Biscuitville.
Next to that Biscuitville will be a Wendy’s
Also…across from WhatABurger will be a Big Blue Marble Daycare.
Also…next to Publix at Murray Landing will be a 32 station hair salon.
As we’ve learned for years….growth is coming. We can hope it’s smart growth and that our local town and county leaders are planning ahead.
