(A letter from Chapin Chamber of Commerce CEO, Laura Howell)

We’re looking forward to a super 2012 for the greater Chapin area and the South Carolina Midstate! We hope to continue to foster relationships and communication that help our local economy and community flourish.

We’d like your help in making the Chapin Chamber the most effective organization it can be! The 2012 Board of Directors welcomes your involvement and input. We are building a new website to better promote our Members and the Chapin area, planning a Community Summit, and rebuilding the Ambassador Program.

GETTING INVOLVED:

* You can help by volunteering your talent & time to work on a Chamber committee or project. Doing so not only is an appreciated community service but is also a great way to network. A list of possible volunteer opportunities is at the end of this email.

* The Chamber Directory is a work in progress, and it’s not too late to advertise. Also, if your Membership has lapsed, please re-join in time to be included! (Over 10,000 are mailed out; January 20th is the deadline.)

* We have some special Sponsorships tailored for maximum exposure and community involvement. Please see the attached menu, as they have changed.
