Information Session – Land Development Code

Confused by the recent notice you received from Richland County? You’re not alone.

The county is holding additional community drop-in meetings to advise residents on how their property will be zoned under the 2021 Land Development Code (scroll down site the website after clicking) and what that entails.

The drop-in for our area will be held Tuesday, March 29th from 6:30pm – 8:30pm at Ballentine Community Center.

In speaking with our local Richland County Councilman, Bill Malinowski, he asks me to have individuals call the number on the back of the notice and if you cannot get your questions answered there, give him a call and he will assist.
