Karen has been waiting years and we finally decided to put the house on the market last month…36 days later…we had a signed contract on our home AND a signed contract on for a new home. (Yes, IN the district!)
With tax credits (that expire end of this month) and historical low rates, now could be the time for you!
(Sorry I’ve posted no updates this month. After a marathon budget-debate a few weeks ago we’ve had two furlough weeks and then I was out of town with my paying job last week)
