For many years, I’ve hosted this breakfast and am glad to continue what I commonly refer to as “the unofficial kickoff to the Okra Strut” every year!
It started with former Representative Huggins and I talking about creating something that could make a bigger impact for the community than we ever could! We had just attended the Chapin Mayor’s Prayer Breakfast and wanted to bring one to Irmo. It’s been going every year since (even during Covid) and now I am joined by Representative Jay Kilmartin as co-host.
It’s free to attend, if you RSVP ahead of time with Desiree! See flyer for that information.
This year, I’m excited we will have an international speaker with a very relevant message to what’s going on in Ukraine currently.
As always, thank you to our table sponsors. It’s their generosity that helps others attend for free!
