Summary: A request to rezone the above properties from General Residential, General Commercial, and
Fringe Agriculture to Mixed-Use

Current Status:

June 20, 2024: Public Information Meeting

August 12, 2024: Planning Commission & Public Hearing (NOTE: At the request of the developer, the schedule has been moved back one month to allow more time to develop and add detail to the plan. This item WILL NOT be heard at the originally scheduled July 8th Planning Commission meeting).

August 20, 2024: First Town Council Reading
September 17, 2024: Second Town Council Reading & Public Hearing

Planning Commission meets at 6:00 p.m. Town Council meets at 6:30 p.m. All meetings are held at Irmo Town Hall, 7300 Woodrow St.
