Thank you, Nathan, for offering blog space to the candidates for the District Five School Board. I must say I am not pleased with the huge signs posted at intersections around the District. It would be helpful to know views and priorities of those we will choose as Board members. This past year has taught many of us that school board representatives are NOT passive, figureheads, but can have a huge impact on the values embraced by our community.
